Actual performance depends on the selected configuration, end effector, tooling, fixtures, software, calibration, workflow, and operating environment. Each proposed application should be evaluated and validated before deployment.
Proven in Real-World Industrial Workflows
AGIBOT reports that G2 robots have been integrated into a live tablet mass-production quality-inspection line at Longcheer Technology's Nanchang manufacturing facility.
The reported workflow included material collection, precision placement, equipment interfacing, and finished-product return.
According to AGIBOT, production-line integration was completed within 36 hours. The deployment supported approximately 3,000 units per shift and more than 64 hours of cumulative continuous operation, with downtime loss kept below 4%.
These results were reported by AGIBOT for a specific customer deployment and are not a performance guarantee for every facility or application. Useabot can help organizations define workflow requirements, feasibility criteria, and appropriate deployment goals.
