Useabot Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing Useabot as your trusted robot sales company for, robots, robot parts, robot accessories, and books on robots. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure a transparent and legally sound return process, please carefully review our updated return policy below:

1. Eligibility:
   a. Returns are only accepted for merchandise classified as EdTech- STEM or STEAM robot kits and products by ROBOTIS. 
   b. Personal robots, Service robots, MedTech robots, and any other type of robots offered by Useabot, both current and future additions, are not eligible for returns. All sales for these items are final.

2. Return Period:
   a. Eligible EdTech merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   b. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3. Return Process:
   a. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@useabot.com within the specified return period.
   b. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process if we are willing to accept the return.

4. Refund:
   a. Once we receive and inspect the returned EdTech merchandise, we will process the refund.
   b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
   c. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

5. Exclusions:
   a. The following items are not eligible for returns:
      - Personal robots, Service robots, MedTech robots, and any other type of robots offered by Useabot, both current and future additions.
      - Any items that are not classified as EdTech merchandise will not be qualified for a return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
   a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately.
   b. We will arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution as per our return policy and only on EdTech merchandise.
   c. Service robots come with their own manufacturer's warranties and Useabot and the manufacturers have support available via chat on our website, or the manufacturer's website, remote support, and in-person support per the terms of the purchase order to help assist with resolving any issues.

7. Modification of Return Policy:
   a. Useabot reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.
   b. Any changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all purchases made after the modification.

8. Legal Compliance:
   a. This return policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Useabot is based.
   b. Any disputes arising from or related to this return policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction which is Hennepin County, Minneapolis, MN.
