Are the robots sold by Useabot new?

Unless a listing, quotation, or invoice expressly states otherwise, robots sold by Useabot are new and are supplied through manufacturers, authorized distributors, or other approved supply channels.

Production location, inventory status, configuration, and fulfillment method vary by manufacturer and model.

Can Useabot help me find a robot that is not listed online?

Possibly. Useabot works with multiple robotics manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners. We may be able to identify or source a solution that is not currently displayed in our online store.

No billable Useabot Labs project work will begin without appropriate written authorization and applicable commercial documentation.

Who owns custom software developed by Useabot Labs?

Ownership and licensing will be defined in the applicable agreement or statement of work. Depending on the project, deliverables may include customer-owned components, Useabot-owned reusable technology, third-party software, open-source components, licensed manufacturer technology, or a combination of these.

Customers should not assume that source code, underlying tools, reusable components, models, libraries, or intellectual property are transferred unless the applicable written agreement expressly states that they are.

How much do Useabot's robots cost?

Can Useabot provide a customized quotation?

When is payment required?

Are sales tax and other charges included?

Where does Useabot ship?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, Useabot will provide it after receiving the information from the manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, freight carrier, or delivery provider.

Large systems may ship through freight or specialized logistics providers, in multiple packages, or through multiple carriers. Tracking detail and update frequency vary.

How are robots delivered?

Depending on the product and project, delivery may occur through a parcel carrier, freight carrier, specialized logistics provider, manufacturer-arranged shipment, curbside delivery, inside delivery, white-glove service, or delivery coordinated with deployment.

Loading-dock access, delivery appointments, liftgate service, stairs, elevators, limited-access locations, inside delivery, unpacking, debris removal, and other services may involve additional requirements or charges.

What should I do when my shipment arrives?

Inspect the exterior packaging before signing for or moving the shipment whenever possible. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery record and take clear photos of all sides of the packaging, shipping labels, shock or tilt indicators, and damaged areas.

Keep all packaging materials until you confirm that the product is undamaged and operating properly. Do not operate, assemble, charge, or discard packaging for a visibly damaged product before contacting Useabot for instructions.

Deployment, Installation, and Integration

Does Useabot provide deployment and installation services?

Yes, depending on the product, location, schedule, and project requirements. Services may include remote setup, virtual assistance, on-site deployment, installation coordination, mapping, configuration, testing, staff training, enterprise implementation, multi-site rollouts, and post-deployment support.

Professional services are quoted separately unless expressly included in the product listing or quotation.

Can Useabot integrate robots into my current operations?

Software, Connectivity, and Subscriptions

Do robots require internet access?

What are temi Pro and temi Center?

For compatible temi robots, temi Pro can provide access to advanced individual and business functionality. temi Center is temi's cloud-based management and development platform.

Depending on the current subscription and supported features, capabilities may include robot administration, remote management, application management, analytics, fleet-related tools, and development functionality. Current eligibility, features, prices, promotions, and terms should be confirmed before purchase.

What happens when a subscription expires?

The result depends on the manufacturer and software platform. Subscription-based features may be suspended, limited, or unavailable until renewal. Supported base functionality may remain available.

How are software updates handled?

No. Support availability depends on staffing, manufacturer availability, business hours, issue severity, customer location, scheduling, and any applicable support arrangement. Urgent, after-hours, weekend, holiday, or expedited assistance may not be available and may be billed at a different rate when accepted.

Returns, Cancellations, and Delivery Damage

Can I return a robot, part, accessory, or software purchase?

Robots, replacement parts, batteries, accessories, consumables, software licenses, subscriptions, custom orders, and special-order products are generally final sale once ordered.

These products may be manufactured, imported, allocated, configured, activated, licensed, or ordered specifically for the purchaser. Returns or exchanges are accepted only when required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Useabot in writing.

Manufacturer warranty coverage may apply to an eligible defect. Warranty claims are separate from returns and are governed by the applicable warranty terms. Review the product listing, quotation, invoice, and Useabot Refund Policy before purchasing.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders are generally final and noncancelable once placed because allocation, production, importation, licensing, activation, configuration, or shipping preparation may begin immediately.

If you believe an order was submitted in error, contact Useabot immediately. Useabot does not guarantee that an order can be stopped, changed, or canceled. Any exception must be expressly approved in writing and may be subject to costs already incurred.

What if my shipment arrives damaged or incomplete?

Does purchasing a robot make it suitable for every environment or use?

No. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product and its intended use comply with applicable laws, regulations, facility policies, safety requirements, privacy obligations, accessibility standards, employment rules, professional standards, and industry-specific requirements.

Are robot and AI capabilities guaranteed?

Only the capabilities expressly stated in the applicable manufacturer documentation and written sales documents should be relied upon. Demonstrations, prototypes, roadmap items, beta features, third-party services, AI-generated output, and future integrations may change, be unavailable, or perform differently in the customer's environment.
