Shipping, Lead Time & Order Policy

Please Note: The price displayed on this product page is for the AGIBOT robot only and does not include shipping, freight, import-related costs (if applicable), taxes, deployment, training, or other optional services unless expressly stated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and freight charges vary based on factors including the delivery location, shipping method, carrier rates, insurance requirements, and any applicable import or customs fees. As a result, shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the listed product price.

After your order is placed, Useabot will coordinate shipping arrangements and provide the applicable shipping charges. Full payment of all shipping and freight charges is required before the order is released for shipment.

Lead Times

Some AGIBOT products may be available from existing inventory, which can significantly reduce lead times.

For products that are not currently in stock, the standard manufacturing lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks, followed by international shipping and customs transit, which may require an additional 4 weeks or longer, depending on destination, carrier schedules, customs clearance, and other logistics factors.

All lead times are estimates only and are subject to change.

Payment Terms

Customers purchasing through the Useabot online store will pay the listed purchase price for the robot at the time of checkout.

Once your order is ready to ship, Useabot will issue a separate invoice for the applicable shipping and freight charges. Shipment will not be released until all outstanding shipping charges have been paid in full.

Customers who purchase directly through a formal Useabot quotation or invoice may have different payment terms as specified in their executed quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, or other written agreement.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom-built, made-to-order, enterprise, and special-order nature of AGIBOT products, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to by Useabot in writing.
